Every Friday Lunchtime our Chef's take Ruddles County real ale and lovingly prepare their light beer batter, covering our fresh catch of the day before deep frying. (£10.95)

Below is a sample menu for our traditional Fish on Friday. The All day menu is still available along side the Fish on Friday menu.

Battered Calamari rings served with a mixed salad and a soy and sweet chilli dipping sauce

 Smoked Salmon and Prawn Marie rose pillow served with fresh brown bread and butter

 Dressed Crab on a bed of crisp salad served with a citrus mayonnaise

 Main Course

Grilled Scottish Salmon fillet on a bed of crushed new potatoes with wilted spinach and a Hollandaise sauce 

 Prawn and Tomato Cannelloni served with a house salad garnish and toasted garlic ciabatta bread 

 Oven Baked Wing of Skate served with New Potatoes, Crisp Salad Garnishand finished with a Lemon and Caper Butter

 Fish and Chips: Deep fried Haddock fillet in a light beer batter served with seasoned skin on chips and a house tartare sauce
